Product Introduction, Use and Maintenance:

4. The gearbox of this machine is filled with lubricating oil No. 00 before leaving the factory, and the ash discharge valve is filled with lithium based lubricating grease. Within 6-10 months of use, the rotating and bearing parts should be supplemented or replaced with grease. If the ambient temperature is high, humid, or there is too much dust in the air, the oil extraction time should be appropriately shortened.

5. During use, if the equipment experiences axial air and ash leakage, the screw (3.11) of the material cover can be tightened or the asbestos packing (17.18) can be replaced and the material cover can be tightened.

6. During operation, avoid equipment overload transportation caused by large material particles and strong adhesion, or equipment jamming or motor short circuit caused by foreign objects left in the dust collector, which may cause equipment damage. It is recommended to check and install overload protection devices at the user level.

The rotary unloader has a simple structure, reliable performance, good sealing performance, replaceable wear-resistant lining and inspection door. Its structural characteristics stipulate that it can solve the problem of materials entering the mill not getting stuck due to particle size. Highlighting the characteristics of this device in long-term use both domestically and internationally - its small size makes it easy to promote and use.


Structural features:



The structure of the rotary unloader includes a rotary impeller, housing, driving device, etc. The rotary impeller is welded with wear-resistant plates to improve its service life; There is a certain deviation between the center distance of the feeding port of the rotary unloader and the centerline of the shell, which is suitable for the entry of materials with larger particles.

The shell lining of the rotary unloader is mostly equipped with an anti-wear layer; The impeller is supported by bearings at both ends, which can ensure even clearance between the impeller and the shell; Due to the high feed temperature, there is a corresponding gap between the impeller and the casing. The sealing at both ends is done with asbestos packing, which is simple, has good sealing performance, and is easy to operate and replace.

Rotary unloaders are equipped with hot air channels. When the feed humidity is high, there may be a certain thickness of powdery material stuck at the bottom of the impeller. At this time, the high-temperature gas should be used to dry the material at the bottom, making it difficult to stick to the bottom of the impeller and not affecting the feeding amount. When not in use, the inlet and outlet should be blinded. φ One to two open inspection doors should be opened on one side of the shell for feeders with a diameter of 1800mm or more. If necessary, they may be opened to inspect the internal condition and replace the wear resistance layer on this surface, as well as the wear resistance layer on the impeller. And it is equipped with inspection holes. When debris enters the impeller or blockage occurs or other accidents affect the normal operation of the feeder, the inspection door can be opened for cleaning, or the specific situation can be observed. The feeding situation can also be observed. The capacity of the hopper of this equipment is generally between 30-50%, and excessive feeding is not allowed. The feeding situation can be controlled by the rotation speed of the impeller of this equipment. The faster the speed, the less feed per bucket, while the slower the speed, the more feed per bucket. The control should not exceed 30-50%. If the feed rate exceeds 50%, it is easy to get stuck and damage the driving device.

Pay attention to the direction of impeller rotation, and do not feed in the opposite direction to the marked direction. Otherwise, there may be jamming. If the impeller is overloaded or abnormal, the demander needs to install a motor protection device (i.e. overload protection). There should be a proximity switch at the end of the shaft, which sends a signal through the impeller rotation to monitor the operation of the impeller feeder.


Technical performance:



At present, we have designed three size ranges for the feeding machine of the raw material mill, including MT600, MT800, MT1000, MT1200, MT1400, MT1600, MT1800, MT2000, etc. according to the needs. The feeding capacity ranges from 80 t/h to 650 t/h, and the rotation speed ranges from 0 to 27 revolutions per minute. All of them use variable frequency speed reducers with large torque force and small volume.

When starting to feed, it is necessary to start from the middle speed. If the speed is too fast and the bucket capacity cannot reach 30%, the feeding amount is not enough; If the rotation speed is too slow and the bucket capacity is full, there will be a jamming phenomenon. Master the specific situation and find an objective rotational speed to achieve the desired feeding amount. For example, if the speed is 9 revolutions per minute, the starting speed of feeding can be from 5-7 revolutions per minute, and it should be scheduled to the corresponding feeding rate, rather than starting slowly.
